Mark the date! February 20th 1981, The Ascent was created and from it we got Wavelength! After lot’s of research we learned about the origins of Wavelength and also came to know that we were quite older than we thought! Lot’s of groups within the SE have over the years rebranded as student needs changed. Three years ago Wavelength was created when a need was seen for a group to create multi-media content about student lives. But this is only the recent history of Wavelength as before it was Wavelength there was the AS Review BUT even before that there was the Ascent. Today on our birthday we want to honor the students who came before us who worked so that we could be here! So to celebrate our birthday we had our fellow SE peeps from KUGS on Tripping on Bricks to help us celebrate and chat it up about music and our shared love for it!
