Major Concerts
AMP Major Concerts is dedicated to WWU students feeling connected to their Western experience and to the campus and local community by enjoying local, regional, and national music acts in an inclusive setting. Through exposure to new music, up-and-coming artists, multiple musical genres, as well as highly popular performers, students will expand their personal musical tastes and deepen their appreciation for particular artists and for live music in general.
Lawnstock FAQs
Lawnstock is a free outdoor music festival open to all Western students and faculty. Combining musical artists, fun activities, and local food vendors, Lawnstock is the perfect break from studying for finals and celebrating all of Western's hard-work throughout the year.
To get one of our limited edition Lawnstock 2023 hats featuring The Flock, make sure to bring in a bag of clothing or non-perishable food to the station by the Stairs to Nowhere. We have a limited supply of hats available so be sure to come early!
We are working with multiple non-profit orgs and will sort the donated items to align with the types of accepted donations at: 1) WHOLE (Western Hub of Living Essentials), 2) Lydia Place, and 3) Y's Buys Thrift Boutique
